Why we need mindfulness and how we keep it simple:
Stress at work and at home is increasing. In a hectic world, we all need to pause, re-centre and learn how to stay calm when it all gets a bit manic.
Mindfulness, if practised regularly, has been shown to improve the capacity to manage stress. In our training to reduce stress at work, people report a 72% improvement on average.
But we also need to make it easy to get started with mindfulness. That’s why we created Five to Nine.
Five to Nine is a simple way to:
